Hey (again!)

Some information about the meet tonight from us! There are quite a few changes (or adjustments) so please read over carefully. We can't wait to see your kiddos swim tonight! They have been working so hard and we are SO proud of them!

1. General Information about the meet tonight

Where: West Hanover (1385 Hanover West Dr., Atlanta, GA 30327)

Arrival time: 4:15PM

Meet Start Time: 5:30

Bullpen Area: Tennis Courts (Look for our tents again) NO FOOD ON THE TENNIS COURTS TONIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks in advance.

2. New Check-In System

There will be a girls table (pink) and boys table (blue). Please line up in front of tables and tell them your first name/last name! They will hand you are card with your events and mark you present.

3. Special Notes about West Hanover

- NO FOOD ON THE TENNIS COURTS! I know this is strange considering it's our bullpen area, but please eat all food outside the courts. It's our first time swimming this team and we want to make a good impression.

- Parking is rough! Leave early to make sure you are on time and snag a great parking spot. Do not leave anything valuable in your car - expensive neighborhoods, but also a target for theft because of the high traffic. 

- Only four lanes so please be patient! This meet will most likely go later than others.

4. NO MOD PIZZA TONIGHT AFTER THE MEET

No Mod Pizza after the meet due to the late swim team end time.

5. Please leave early to ensure you are on time!

This meet is 285 to 75 trip so it's important everyone leaves early enough to ensure they make it to the meet as close to 4:15 as possible. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to this meet being at our pool next year!

6. Swim Team End of The Year Party

The End of the Year Party is one of our favorite traditions! It will be held on TUESDAY, JUNE 26TH (Junior Sharks @ 4:30PM; everyone else: 5-9PM) If you cannot make it to the party, please send an absence to [email protected]. But if you talk to anyone, they will tell you it is not something you want to miss! :)
