Hey all!

Quick note - we seem to have to have enough interest to start our own little adult swim team this summer. Information is below - don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

Practice: Monday and Wednesday nights from 7:30-8:30PM. A couple of exceptions will apply due to swim meets in May/June. Practice will be rescheduled for different days and swimmers will be notified ahead of time. Practice is NOT mandatory and it is not expected to attend every practice. You don't need to notify anyone if you're going to miss - you only need to tell us if you are or are not going to participate in a swim meet. Swim meets are also not mandatory. Should sound familiar to our own summer league swim!

The big difference - there is no coach. These are drop in practices like any recreational sport. I will organize practices and write the work out on the whiteboard, but it's really up to you how hard you swim/how much you swim during practice. I imagine there will be plenty of socializing too - however, this is our first try on this so who knows!

Practices will run from the first week in June through the first week in August with a week off throughout the Fourth of July.

Meets:

The meet schedule is below. Meets are not mandatory - we just need to know ahead of time if you want to swim in them. I guarantee you I will not be at all of them! Meets might require a little bit volunteering if you swim, but nothing like a typical swim team. They've told us that is mostly some racing, a margarita machine, and a lot of laughs. A good time to socialize and hang out with other adults who love swimming! If you are looking for more of a "masters" style meet, I do not recommend this league for you. It is much more laid back! :)

Pool Members:  

Ages 19-24 - $25.00
Ages 24 & Older - $55.00

Non-Pool Members:

Ages 19-24 - $60.00
Ages 24 & Older - $100.00
