Quick reminders and updates below.

PICTURE DAY

Picture day will begin today at 4PM! There will be a table set up for to fill out photo forms. Parents will take forms and wait in line for individual pictures. At 4:50-5:00PM, we will begin lining up for the team picture. Once the team photo is taken, you are free to go home! There will be NO practice today (before or after pictures) for any age group - junior sharks included. ONLY PICTURE DAY!

TIME TRIALS

Just a reminder that our first time trials will take place on Thursday. Time Trials run on the same practice schedule as normal. High schoolers need to attend the 11&UP practice. Swimmers will not need their fins, but they will need goggles, hair tied back, and a swim cap if they have one. These times are so important as they are the number one factor for planning each swim meet. If we don't have times or updated times for their swimmer, we are not able to place them in the correct events/strategize to our team's best ability. 

A HUGE THANK YOU to Jodi Novotny who has been coordinating a Time Trials dinner for Thursday. YES - WE WILL HAVE DINNER! Hot dog or hamburger with chips and a water for $5!!!!!!!!!!!!! So no need to stress about dinner on the last day of school (!!!!!!) Grab some summer food at the pool and help raise money for our awesome team at the same time. :)

**Quick note: Please have your swimmers eat after their age group. We don't want anyone having upset stomaches from eating a big dinner and then swimming sprints in the pool.**

LAST DAY TO SEND IN ABSENCES for the First Swim Meet - SEND IN NOW!

First Swim Meet: Wednesday, May 26th

Here is how to report swim meet absences:
1. Create email with the subject line saying the LAST NAME of your family.
Example: The Fry Family

2. For the text, please list the dates and swimmers who will be absent.
Example: These swimmers will be absent on the following days....
Wednesday, May 29th - Johnny and Robert
Tuesday, June 4 - Kelly
Tuesday, June 11 - Johnny
Tuesday, June 18 - Robert and Kelly
Monday, June 24 - Johnny
** Feel free to copy and paste these dates into the email.

3. Address the email to [email protected] and hit SEND!

**Please send these in now! We work so hard on the meets and nothing's worse than having to write out a child after it's done. Think of it like a giant 200 piece logic puzzle that all fits together. A lot of time, a lot of thought, and incredibly hard to start over. :)
