    4. Notes for Meet #2
What to bring: 2 Towels, one piece bathing suit/jammer, goggles, swim cap, sunscreen, small cash bills for concession stand, and any games/coloring books/etc for kids to play with in the bullpen area
What to do in case of emergency: In the case of sickness, car trouble, etc. please TEXT Coach Laney at 404-402-6566. Any non-emergency questions should be emailed to Coach Laney at [email protected].
    Special Considerations:
    - Please do not leave the swim meet early; we depend on your attendance throughout the entirety of the meet. Swimmers may leave once all their events are completed! Swimmers who leave early will not be written into the next meet.
    - Please be on time to the swim meet; we created the arrival time to ensure your swimmer has enough time to check in, meet their bullpen parent, and get settled in before warm ups begin. It is quite hectic if swimmers do not arrive on time.
    - A reminder that all families are required to volunteer 2 times per season; there is $250 fine for anyone who does not complete this requirement. We are so grateful for your help and could not do this without you.

    5. Game Day Wednesday Morning
Just a reminder that Wednesday morning is Game Day! All swimmers report at 10AM. We will announce swimmers of the meet and celebrate with donuts!

    6. Time Trials Thursday Afternoon
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE come to time trials on Thursday afternoon! The times inform our instruction and are the MAIN way to strategize for meets. We are truly at loss without these times and notes so please prioritize this practice!!!!

    7. Stroke Clinics Reminder

A huge thank you to Coach Ian and Coach Kateleigh who have designed STROKE CLINICS for those swimmers who are interested in extra instruction! These clinics are great option for those swimmers looking to learn more strokes or improve their current technique. Sign up sheets are below. Please read through all the information before signing up!

    8. A Note From Coach Laney

I just wanted to reach out and say thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone who attended our wedding shower and/or contributed to our gifts on Friday night. We are overwhelmed by your generosity and humbled by your love. It has truly been the biggest honor of my life serving as Hammond Hills coach for the past 12 years. I count myself beyond blessed to have spent the past 21 summers between the fences - being raised, challenged, and cared for by you all. To say this community is extraordinarily special would be understatement. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. Thank you for making me feel so loved.

    Sincerely and with love,

    Coach Laney
