HAPPY NEW YEAR HAMMERHEADS!!!!!!!!!!!!

DID YOU KNOW there are only 129 days/3012 hours/186178 minutes/11170725 seconds until our FIRST DAY of 2020 PRACTICE?!?!?! Beyond excited for what we truly believe will be the best season ever!!!!!!

Although (realistically) we know that we have some waiting to do, we wanted to go ahead and get you excited with some information below. This is only an initial email to get you thinking & planning for our summer ahead. There will be much more information to come once we enter February. As always, if you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out. We are here to help!

1. Important Dates

Saturday, 2/15/20 - Online Registration will open! (Same process as the last few years)

Monday, 4/15/20 - Late Fees for Registration will begin

Monday, 5/11/20 - First Practice of the 2020 Season

2. TBD Dates Coming Soon

1st Bathing Suit Fitting (March) - TBD..... will be in February email!

2nd Bathing Suit Fitting (April) - TBD..... will be in February email!

3. Projected Meet Schedule (NOT CONFIRMED)

Based on the patterns of years past, we feel pretty confident in these dates. We will not know which ones are HOME or AWAY until the finalized schedule is released by the league this spring (late March or early April). Regular season meets are currently planned to begin at 5:30 PM with an arrival time of 4-4:15 PM.

1st Meet: Wednesday, May 27th
2nd Meet: Tuesday, June 2nd
3rd Meet: Tuesday, June 9th
4th Meet: Tuesday, June 16th
5th Meet: Monday, June 22nd
Projected Party Date: Tuesday, June 23rd
Sandy Springs State Team Qualifying Meet: Wednesday, June 24th @ Tech Pool
*This year, the league may be doing away with the Championship Finals Meet the following Saturday. They are looking to make the Wednesday 24th meet a "championship meet" for our division instead of a championship for the entire league. This is due to a number of factors - including their contract with the Georgia Tech Pool. If you're interested in knowing more, reach out & I'm happy to pass along some more information.
