Happy Sunday Hammerheads!!!!

As some of you may have heard, our very exciting (and lengthy) 2020 kickoff email only made it to a small portion of the team two weeks ago! After 13 years of coaching, there's apparently still a first time for everything! I was wondering why I hadn't received more excited & happy email replies haha! (I always look forward to that part)

I am going to paste the email from two weeks ago below. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. As always, we are here to help!

- We have POSTPONED the bathing suit fitting tomorrow! We want to make sure we have a good turn out. Our first bathing suit fitting will take place NEXT WEDNESDAY, MARCH 4TH (4-7 PM) @ Mary Dodd Walker's House. Her address is: 5890 Brookgreen Road, Atlanta, GA 30328. Her house is located just up the street from the pool!

The time is FINALLY here!!!!! WOOHOOO - All your 2020 Hammond Hills Swim Team Information has arrived!!!!! Feel free to pass along the information packet & email to anyone who may been interested or new to our team. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out - we're here to help. 

1. 2020 Information Packet

Please read through this packet for all details concerning the 2020 season. Fees, Dates, Swim Suits, Fins, Staff, & More! This will be your first point of reference for all preseason questions. We will follow up with email updates as the season approaches! The Information Packet is linked & attached below. 2. Bathing Suit Fitting Dates (THIS SECTION HAS BEEN REVISED)

We are trying something new & offering a Wednesday session from 4-7 PM! The first fitting will take place at Mary Dodd Walker's House. Her address is  5890 Brookgreen Road, Atlanta, GA 30328. 

This year, swimmers will not walk away with their suits on site - rather, swimmers will try on their suits & order their size ONLINE through our Hammond Hills Swim Suit Store. The link for our swim suit store will open at the first bathing suit registration. Suits will be the exact same as last year - so now is a good time to try on last summer's suit & see if it still fits! 

Note: Our merchandise store & swim suit store are different. Merchandise store is already up & running! There will not be a try-on opportunity for fins at the fitting this year. The fins link included in the information packet has a sizing chart option. The sizing is true to size! You can order now but we recommend waiting until closer to the season so you are sure your swimmers feet do not outgrow the fins. Feel free to put any (outgrown) used fins on our Hammond Hills Swim Team Facebook Group. Fins will be required for pool entry on the first day of practice this year!

Sunday, March 22nd (1-4 PM) 

3. Hammond Hills Merchandise Store (not swim suits or fins) 

Merchandise Store is open for additional merchandise options! Please only use this link for additional merchandise. Your swimmer(s) team t-shirts are included in online registration. https://hammondhillsswim.spiritsale.com/products/index.html Important Merchandise Store Notes below:

• When ordering towels, be sure to click the box that says, "Your Name Here" to personalize your order
• When ordering Full Sublimation shirts, be sure to click the box that says, "Your Name Here" to personalize your order
• All items will be delivered to the Hammond Hills Swimming Pool near the beginning of the season

4. Online Registration Registration is OPEN!!!!

It is completed online through our website. Once on the website, click the "Register Now!" button to get started. It may prompt you for a username and password - if you can remember it, it will speed up the process & pre-fill most of the information based on your entries from last year. https://hammondhills.swimtopia.com/
