**You only need to type in your child’s name if they will NOT be at next Tuesday’s meet!**
This form will close at 7PM tomorrow night for meet planning. Anything submitted after that time will be subject to a late penalty (exception being an emergency or sudden illness). Please keep in mind that last minute cancellations are very difficult on the coaches and can affect the overall strategy/ability to perform well as a team. Please don’t sweat it if you had to cancel last meet. We just appreciate your help with this moving forward and look forward to seeing everyone at TIME TRIALS tomorrow afternoon! :)
