Meet and time trials #4 details
Hello everyone and happy meet day! Remember to arrive at the pool at 4:00-4:10 for our meet against the Briarwood Barracudas. The theme for the meet is superheros, so wear a mask or cape ect. is you have one. We will be doing a coaches relay at the end of the meet it you want to stay (coaches dress up into costumes and swim a lap).
ALSO: There is a heat factor from 5-8 is going to be over 100. Therefore, please make sure everyone is hydrating throughout the day. Bring lots of water to the meet and a mini fan if you have one. Another suggestion could be to bring a little towel you can dip in the water to cool yourself down. We will also have fans in the clubhouse to cool down.
Remember game day Wednesday morning at 10! We will have coaches spread out throughout the pool to ensure the safety of all the kids in the water.
Lastly, time trials on Wednesday too! PLEASE fill out the link below if you will NOT be in attendance of the meet next week. It is VERY IMPORTANT you fill out the form before time trials as we are meet planning right after. And please email [email protected] if your swimmer will leave early, as it gives the coaches so much stress if there are last minute cancellations, as we have to change our whole line up around.
