Week of 6/20-6/24
Happy Sunday! Can’t believe I’m already saying this- but we are about to head into the last week of practice! I just have to say, being a Hammond Hills coach might just be the best job in the world. Nina and I have loved every second of it. We just want to thank everyone for giving Nina and I and our amazing coaching staff a chance to lead this year. When Nina and I accepted the role as head coach, we were so nervous to lead in the footsteps of Laney. But y'all have showed us so much support and love and we couldn't be more grateful for our amazing community. We are so thankful for this opportunity and are so glad we are continuing to build the Hammerhead spirit and community with everyone. This season we have seen so many laughs, new friendships, good sportsmanship, and improved swimmers. Parents- you and your kids are the reason this job is so fun and that we have the community we do. Thank you for everything.
Normal practice times this week! We will be celebrating our last week with holidays. Each day will be a different holiday, and the coaches will be dressing up. The following week we will have practice NO practice Monday. Just a home meet on Monday and end of the year party on Tuesday.

Meet on Tuesday! Please arrive at Riverside at 4:45, warm-up is at 5. Address is below. Parents are welcome to being chairs to sit in. There will be concessions, but cash only. The theme is Jerseys, so we encourage all swimmers to wear a jersey!
Remember tomorrow is the last day to sign up for ASA Championships! Use this link below to sign up before tomorrow (MONDAY) at 6pm. All payments ($40) must be submitted to Kate Wright by Monday June 20th at 6PM (via Venmo to @Hammond-Hills-1)

If you have not RSVP’D for the end of the year party please do so! This will be on June 28th from 5-8pm. Please RSVP to the evite below by Wednesday, June 22nd. We will be serving Moe’s which includes a taco buffet, dessert, and a drink. No charge for swimmers. Family members are $15/person. Please send a check to Kate Wright - 5670 Kayron Rd. or venmo @Hammond-Hills-1. Please leave a note on the evite of how many swimmers will be eating and how many family members will be eating.
