Hope everyone is having a good Memorial Day! We are so happy it is finally summer break which means...time for the summer swim schedule! Please read EVERYTHING below. 

Swim Schedule

Below is the swim schedule for the rest of summer. However today, there will be no practice due to Memorial Day.

Also please note that Junior sharks will not have game day, but instead practice on Wednesday will stay the same. 

Practice Schedule

Beginning Tuesday, May 30th, our practice schedule will shift to mornings only with the exception of one Wednesday afternoon practice per week. The morning after a swim meet will always be a GAME DAY. All swimmers should report from 10 - 11 AM on GAME DAYS.

8:30 - 9:00: 6&UNDERS

9:00 - 9:30: 7&8S

9:30 - 10:00: 9&10S

9:45 - 10:45: 11&12S + 13&14S +15&UPS

CHANGE IN TIME: 10:45 - 11:15: JUNIOR SHARKS FEEDER TEAM (M, W, TH)

WEDNESDAY AFTERNOONS- Time Trials

4:30 - 5:00 6&UNDERS

5:00 - 5:30 7&8S

5:30 - 6:00 9&10S

5:45 - 6:45 11&12S + 13&14S +15&UPS

Extra Opportunity: $5 Thursday Afternoon Clinic

6:00-6:45- 7&8's and up

*Kids will be divided into lanes based on their age group

GAME DAY INFORMATION

ALL SWIMMERS SHOULD REPORT FROM 10 - 11 AM THE MORNING AFTER A SWIM MEET. THERE IS NO REGULAR PRACTICE THE MORNING AFTER A MEET.

Meet Details

We are so excited for our first meet on Tuesday! Here are some things to remember

- Swimmer arrive at 4:30 at Wynterhall Pool. The address is 1321 Wyntercreek Rd. You can pull all the way into the parking lot until it is full.

- Warm-ups will be at 5:00

- The meet will start at 5:30 and should end around 8:30-9:00. 

- Please bring goggles, swim cap, and 2 towels

- Volunteers make sure to check-in with us when you arrive!

- Dinner and drinks will be for sale. Cash is preferred but they also accept Paypal.

- You are welcome to bring chairs to watch the meet.

- You will find out your swimmers events at the meet (we will have people there to write your childs events on their arms and people there to direct your child to their event when it is time).

- Swimmers will be in the bullpen when they are not swimming.

- The HH meet theme is USA OUT so join the coaches in wearing red, white, and blue to the meet to honor Memorial Day!

- If possible, make sure to stay for the end of the meet as the coaches will be doing the coaches relay!!

- After the meet any swimmers & families are welcome to join the coaches at Fellini's Pizza (Roswell Rd. one).

Remember to keep fundraising for the swim-a-thon (refer to previous email) and can't wait for a fun week with everyone!
