Swim-a-thon

Instead of the extra opportunity practice this week, we have the swim-a-thon THIS THURSDAY! Keep raising money, and if you have any questions about raising money, prizes, ect. look for the email I sent on May 23rd or email me!

Remember anyone is welcome to come watch! We will have swimming, music, the silent auction, and dinner available for purchase!

6&unders- 6:00-6:30

7&8's- 6:30-7:00

9&10's- 7:00-7:30

11&ups- 7:30-whenever they finish

*Here is the document again to track your sponsorships. Please email it back to us by June 7th. Remember sponsors pay by venmoing to "Hammond-Hills-1" and writing "swim-a-thon" in the description.

Meet Details

We are so excited for first home meet on Tuesday! It is against Riverside and here are some things to remember:

- Swimmer arrive at 4:00 at the Hammond Hills Pool. Once the parking lot is filled, please park on the street. There will be signs lining Glenforest as well as Garber saying, "no parking this side". Please park on the opposite side of the street as signs to allow for thru traffic.

- Warm-ups will be at 4:30

- The meet will start at 5:30 and should end around 8:30-9:00. Please do not leave until you are done with every event. 

- Please bring goggles, swim cap, and 2 towels

- Volunteers make sure to check-in with us when you arrive!

- Dinner and drinks will be for sale. Venmo or cash is accepted. 

- You are welcome to bring chairs to watch the meet.

- You will find out your swimmers events at the meet (we will have people there to write your childs events on their arms and people there to direct your child to their event when it is time).

- Swimmers will be in the bullpen when they are not swimming.

- The HH meet theme is HAWAIIAN so join the coaches in wearing lays and Hawaiian shirts!

- If possible, make sure to stay for the end of the meet as the coaches will be doing the coaches relay!!

- After the meet any swimmers & families are welcome to join the coaches at Fellini's Pizza (Roswell Rd. one).
