It's Swim-a-thon day! Our team will be working hard to swim laps tonight to raise money for **new swim blocks**. If you haven't already, please fill out THIS FORM by 3PM  if you will be attending so we can get a head count.

How does it work?

Each swimmer will set a number of laps they want to swim. Sponsors (relatives, family, friends) can either donate a flat fee, or a certain amount of money for each lap the swimmer will swim. Even if your swimmer is unable to be there tonight, you can still make a donation. 

What are we fundraising for?

New blocks! As you may know, our swim blocks are very old and are on their last leg. We are in need of new ones, and blocks are expensive. So we are asking for your help to get us started on our journey for new blocks!

When is it?

TONIGHT! JUNE 8TH

*Anyone is welcome to come watch! We will have swimming, music, the silent auction, and dinner available for purchase (please fill above form out if you plan to eat so that we can plan accordingly)!

6& unders- 6:00-6:30

7&8's- 6:30-7:00

9&10's- 7:00-7:30

11&ups- 7:30-whenever they finish

*if swimmers can swim longer than 30 minutes they are welcome to keep swimming in the next age group!

What are the prizes?

The top boy and girl fundraiser will get an all-paid for trip to the LAKE LANIER WATER PARK with the coaches! (Prize subject to change based on winners age). Our team goal is to raise $6,000! If we meet our goal we will have a popsicle party!

How do we track our donations?

Here is the document to track your sponsorships. You can start fundraising today, and it is due (emailed back to us) by June 7th. Attached below is a flyer to send out to potential sponsors!

How do sponsors pay?

Venmo "Hammond-Hills-1" and write "swim-a-thon" in the description. You can also write a check to "Hammond Hills Swim and Tennis Club" and give it to us directly or mail it to 5670 Kayron Drive.

Silent auction

We will also be having a silent auction! We will be auctioning private swim lessons, seating at swim meets, giftcards, and more!

Lastly, the swim-a-thon is not required, just something fun we are doing to raise money. Let us know if you have any questions.
