Hi GA Tech Championship meet families! Our entry time into the facility is at 3:10 sharp, so we will meet in front of the building at 2:55 in front of the aquatic center main entrance doors.

Parking information: Reserved/Prepaid Parking -Coaches and team vehicles will NOT receive free parking passes. Prepaid parking will be available in the W10 parking deck that is adjacent to the CRC. To park in this deck, you must prebuy a parking pass, you cannot pay at the gate. To prepurchase parking please visit https://gatech.parkmobile.io/events . Parking costs will be between $12-15. Overflow parking for W10 and any day of parking for those who did not prepay is located at the W02 lot at 355 Ferst Drive (this is the student center lot). Overflow/Non-Reserved Parking

If you do not prepay to park or if the W10 lot sells out you can park in W02 lot located at 355 Ferst Drive, this is the Student Center lot. It is a short walk from the pool. You cannot prepay for parking in those lots, you just pay when you arrive, or take a ticket from the kiosk and pay upon exiting the deck. 

What to bring: Teams are NOT ALLOWED to bring large coolers or other items into those seating areas, smaller coolers or bags that fit underneath one of the seats in the stands are permitted, but items larger than that are not permitted. Please keep this in mind when planning on what to bring to the meet. We advise each athlete bring their own water/sports drink and any food needed.

Meet Volunteers: We cannot compete in the meet without filling our 3 volunteer positions the entirety of the meet, if I can have 6 volunteers we can switch halfway through the meet. Our positions needed are 2 boys pool timers (parents of boy swimmers this gets you a front row view of your swimmer's events) and one crowd control volunteer. Please text Coach Nina at 404-983-6195 if you are able to volunteer for the meet. 

If you are unable to drive your swimmer to the meet and need a ride please text Coach Nina to see if we can drive your swimmer, if any parents also want to volunteer to drive please let Coach Nina know, we will plan to do a caravan with the Coaches cars and any parents cars leaving from the pool parking lot at 2:10 sharp.
