Hey there Hammerheads!

Our first Meet week of practices went as well as they could, even with all the thunderstorms and schedule changes we made it happen. Thank you to everyone for being patient and flexible last week. 

Meet the Sponsors Night! Tomorrow evening during practices some of our team sponsors will be coming for a little meet and greet. Feel free to stop by in the clubhouse to learn about some of the amazing goods and services they offer, these are local businesses and you may even see some faces you know!

This just in!!! We will be bringing back Tuesday Morning practice! The Tuesday morning practice schedule will follow the same schedule as Friday morning: 

8:30 - 9:00: 6&UNDERS

9:00 - 9:45: 7&8S

9:30 - 10:15: 9&10S

9:45 - 10:55: 11&12S + 13&14S +15&UPS

11+ups practices on Fridays will include some fun dryland exercises so swimmers will need to bring tennis shoes and clothes they can swim in :)

Meet information:

- Swimmers report time for this Tuesday is 4:30pm as warm ups will begin at 5:00. We are swimming at Riverside pool the address is: 6450 Riverside Dr, Atlanta, GA 30328

- The meet theme is Jersey out so join the coaches in representing your second favorite team (after the Hammerheads of course)

- Bullpen- Parents please help us in keeping your kids in the bullpen during the meet, this helps coaches and parent volunteers easily find your child and help them get to their event on time :)

- After the meet join the coaches at Felinis pizza (Roswell Rd. location) to celebrate our swimmers

- Riverside pool will have concessions at the meet for snacks and dinner, we recommend saving the heavier dinner foods for when your swimmer has their longest break and the candies and deserts for when your swimmer is done with their events, to avoid an upset stomach

- If your child does not have a swim cap they can be purchased by Venmo to @Hammond-Hills-1 for $10 a piece and Coach Nina can give them to your child at practice or before the meet

Darden's delights- Darden's delights will be selling pies, cookies and savory pies again at Wednesday afternoon practice so make sure to check it out!
