HOME MEET @ HAMMOND HILLS POOL!!!!

Arrival Time: 4:00-4:15PM
Warm-Ups: 4:45PM
Meet Start Time: 5:30PM
After Swim Meet Dinner: Pizza Crosta!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Prado Shopping Center)

Pro-Tips (for our pool):
- Bring bug spray
- Concession stand is cash only - hamburgers/hot dogs/snow cones/popcorn/candy/drinks so come hungry!!!!!!!!!!!!
- Bring folding chairs if you can; if you get seats, great - if you don't, you'll be glad you brought them.
- Be on time if at all possible; park only on the designated side of the road!!!! (There will be no parking yard signs placed for reference)

Pro-Tips (for any meet):
- Pack 2 Towels, Team Suit, Games, Goggles, Swim Cap, HAIR TIES, and cash for the concession stand
**Shout out to Annabelle Goldner -- who brought EXTRA hair ties for her teammates last meet and offered to share her towel in the bullpen!!!!! Now that's Hammerhead spirit people!!!!!
- Let your swimmer(s) have a restful pre-meet day (read, watch movies, nap, and eat healthy snacks)
- Drop off your swimmer in their bullpen and have them hangout there while they are not swimming! (Great bonding time with their teammates, not to mention it's super important we are able to find them)
- Ask your swimmers about charging the wall, waiting for the whistle, not looking to the side, relays, examples of great sportsmanship, and the keys to diving/jumping far out (hopefully they will have lots to tell you)
- Remind you're kiddos this is all about having fun! It may be a competition, but our goal is for them to have a great experience!

WEATHER POLICY FOR MEETS:
- Same as practice; will update you on any weather delays via Facebook Page (fastest form of communication) and email. Please assume that there are NO DELAYS unless communicated by a coaching staff member or our parent rep (Mary Dodd Walker)
- We will sit out thunder at meets if at all possible! Rescheduling meets is the biggest pain so we will do everything we can to make them happen (keeping in mind that safety is incredibly important)

GAME DAY @ 10 AM (for all age groups) ON WEDNESDAY MORNING! No regular practice with game day. Game Day ends at 11AM. We will announce the swimmers of the meet and (yes) there will be donuts!
