Hello Hammerhead Parents!

Today is the day of the car wash!! The coaching staff are all very excited for the opportunity to raise money for the pool we love so much.

Reminders for today:

• Arrival time for Hammerheads: 4:45 pm at the latest. This will give us some time to talk to them about what they're doing and where, who their group leader will be, etc.
• The parking lot will be closed at 3:00 pm today. Please park on one side of the street, just like a meet.
• Check or Cash Only: Sedans are 10 dollars, SUVs and Trucks are 15, and bicycles and tricycles are 5. There will be a table where you can pay and receive your ticket number by the front entrance of the parking lot.
• Car wash starts at 5 pm. In order to prevent coaches from moving your cars, and to prevent you from sitting in your car while the Hammerheads wash it, you will be given a card with a number. When your car is done, I will announce it over my portable speaker so you can come move your car from the lot. Please move your car immediately once it is called! If your car is waiting to be washed, once there is room in the parking lot, I will call your number to move it into those vacant spots.  This allows us to clean as many cars and make as much money as the parking lot allows.
• Today is time trials and we do need your kids times! There are two shifts for the car wash, 9&10s from 5-6, and 7&8s from 6-7, so they can swim. These times help us plan meets and decide most improved!
• There will be Barberitos for dinner, so bring money for that too! A percentage of the money spent goes to us as well.
• Please feel free to take pictures! We love making memories for your swimmers and hopefully this will be one for the books.

Today is going to be awesome! If you have any buckets, please allow us to borrow them for the day! We have about 7 right now.
