Week #3 Wrap-Up/Week #4 Updates and Reminders

We want to start by thanking you for your patience as we had logistically challenging week. Between Memorial Day, the start of morning swim practice, the Junior Shark practice changes, the hour and a half meet weather delay, and the rain outs for couple of practices on Thursday, it has been quite the juggling act. If we have not responded to an email you sent this past week, we promise we will do our best to return it as soon as possible. ****RVSP YOUR SWIMMERS TO ANY MEETS THEY WILL NOT BE ATTENDING THIS SEASON: This action can be completed by heading to our website (hhsta.swim-team.us) and clicking on the swim meets tab. Once on the swim meets tab, select the RSVP button next to the meet your swimmer(s) will be missing. Click "Add Swimmer," type the swimmer(s) name, and hit SAVE at the bottom of the screen.
2. Meet Information
When: THIS Tuesday, June 7th
Where: Mark Trail Pool - address can be found on swim meets tab on website
Arrival Time: 4-4:15PM
Meet Start Time: 5:30PM
After-Meet Dinner Location: TACO MAC AT PRADO SHOPPING CENTER!!!!!!!!! (10% back on all orders)
3. Junior Sharks Practice this week!
Junior Sharks Practice will resume it's normal schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 4:30PM.
4. Game Day on Wednesday Morning
Game Day will always be held on the morning after the meet from 10-11AM. We award swimmers of the meet and enjoy free swim!
5. TIME TRIALS ON THURSDAY
We cannot stress enough how important it is that your swimmer(s) are at Time Trials this Thursday. Lot of swimmers missed our Thursday Time Trials this past week (probably due to the rain) and it makes it hard to plan meets and practices effectively without them. In addition, we will will be working on strokes this week so we want to make sure our instruction is helping your swimmer(s) improve their times as well as their technique. We are planning on having food available for purchase but will have more details for you about it later in the week!
6. 7 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR THIS WEEK'S SWIM MEET!
If you have not completed your 2 positions per family, you will be charged a $250 fine. We do not mean to be harsh, but we really cannot run these swim meets without you! Therefore, please sign up for this swim meet here: http://hhsta.swim-team.us/team/view_volunteers.asp?Meet=161828
7. Swim Stroke Clinics
There has been a handful of parents asking if we are still going to do swim stroke clinics - the answer is yes! The coaches will be putting together a schedule early this week and will be sending out the information to you as soon as possible.
