Weather Policy for the 2016 Season

• Unless there is enormous storm cell coming our way (projected to last all hours of practice or swim meets), we will cancel each practice separately. Meaning, 6&Unders practice might be canceled due inclement weather, but 7&8s practice will happen because it is sunny.
• How will I find out if practice is canceled? First place you should go is our Facebook Group - we will either be posting updates or live feeding it. Second place you should go is our website. Third place you should go is your email. Those are lots of places to find out and we would appreciate if you looked there first before texting our coaching staff or team representative. The most recent post on any of these three platforms is what will be the most current update.
• If it thunders or lightening is seen near the pool, we are required to wait 30 minutes until we can get back in the pool.
• If it is raining, we can still have practice and will have practice. The only exception to this rule is if it is raining so hard that we can not seen the lines at the bottom of the pool.
• All of these rules apply to swim meets as well. We will do our absolute best to get in all practices and meets, but safety will always come first.
